Judy Sanders gave us a new and fast recipe for our Yellow Squash I have posted in the Recipes page. Thanks Judy...
Richard has great news about the garden below.
Greeting everyone, If you've not been to the gardens recently, let me tell you they are just exploding with growth. Here are some photos.

Most of the zucchini and lettuce is ready so harvest when you can. If you can't get to the garden, the directors would be happy to gather whatever produce you choose and donate it to the Good Samaritans. They actually weigh and credit our organization for the produce - and it makes needy folk really happy.
Everyone deserves a big THANK YOU for conserving our water. I've attached last month's water bill and it was only $20.86 for all 26 beds. My math isn't all that good but that makes it only 80 cents per plot for the month or about 3 cents per day. What a deal. We did have the water off for a few days during the billing cycle but your not hand watering made the most difference.
See you in the garden, Richard
Note from Connie---I cannot post the PDF for the water bill, if you are needing a copy or want to see it please contact Richard Snyder through our contact us page.
